Pricing is based on the type of items, quantity, weight, and location. You’ll see the total before confirming your booking — no hidden fees.
We accept most appliances, electronics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and vehicle parts. Some items (like hazardous waste or certain chemicals) are not accepted. A full list is available in our Accepted Items Guide.
Many service providers offer same-day or next-day pickup, depending on availability in your area.
It’s best to be there, but if you can’t, you can leave items in an accessible location and add special instructions during booking.
Yes. All Green Scrap partners go through a verification process, including driver’s license checks, applicable insurance, and compliance with local and environmental regulations.
You can contact Green Scrap support via our website, mobile app, or email. We’ll work with you and the service provider to resolve the issue.
Go to the Service Partner Portal or mobile app, sign up, and complete your profile. We’ll review your application and documents before approval.
A valid driver’s license and insurance, a business license or hauling permit (if required in your area), and a vehicle capable of transporting the items you choose to pick up.
Once approved, you’ll receive pickup requests via the app, email, or SMS. You can accept jobs that fit your schedule and location.
Earnings vary by job type and location. You’ll see your potential payout before accepting a job. Payments are processed securely through the app.
Payments are made weekly to your registered bank account, unless otherwise arranged.
Yes. In your profile, you can select the categories you accept (appliances, e-waste, scrap metal, etc.).
In addition to vehicle insurance, we recommend having liability coverage for your business. Some counties may require it for certain types of hauling.
Notify the customer and Green Scrap support as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations may affect your account status.
